ABOUT ME

I can also be of assistance if you have issues involving Spanish Law, such as an inheritance of assets in Spain, a sale or purchase of assets in Spain or a cross-jurisdictional Court claim.

I practised law in Barcelona (Spain) for seven years as a sole practitioner. My areas of expertise were primarily residential tenancies and commercial leases, unit titles, matrimonial, Wills and Estates and Civil Litigation.

In 2001 I decided to look for a better lifestyle and moved to New Zealand.

My professional career in New Zealand has been extremely varied and enriching: I have worked as a Court Registrar, a legal executive and staff solicitor with two law firms in Auckland.   I was also a Mediator for Tenancy Services and Corporate Counsel for a multinational company dealing with New Zealand Trusts.

That was good grounding for me in New Zealand law but finally I decided it was time to go back to my passion: to run my own law practice.
